Epic potatoes. I followed as described and these were amazing. Yes its true they need to be turned every 20 mins. I had a brush and brushed with the oil on the pan each time I rotated them. They are like one big crispy fry when done. Sour cream is awesome on them.

will make these potatoes often. They do take 90 minutes so they are not good for a quick weeknight dinner.
