Perfect I have never baked scones before...... We just buy them and these turned out great, my family is head over heels. They are light fluffy and soft. I'm not sure about the whipped butter though, I think next time I'll just have them with whipped cream and jam

Recipe turned out great! I made some lemon curds after making Japanese cheesecake and wanted to make scones to pair with the lemon curd. The sweet whipping cream didn't get as smooth as I'd like but it was still delicious!
