- unsalted butter (for lightly coating the pan)
- 1 egg (for coating)
- gelatin
- 0.25 oz. knox gelatin powder (package of)
- 1 cup chicken stock (cold, for setting of gelatin powder)
- 1 1/4 cups chicken stock (for heating)
