Very nice! Never gonna buy enchilada sauce with this recipe handy. Tweaks: I roasted the onion and garlic to really let them carmalise/char before adding them to the sauce. With them I also roasted/added a red bell pepper for extra veggie power and cut the chillie powder in half because of a spice sensitive person in my family. Paired with slow cooked chicken, young cheese, and flour tortillas and it turned out super yummy!

Absolutely awesome. We like it really spicy so added some cayenne pepper....yummy!!!!
