- 1 Tbsp. garlic paste (Ginger-)
- 1/2 masala (teaspoonGram)
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 tsp. coriander seeds
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 lemon (for juice)
- 2 Tbsp. coriander leaves
