- 8 oz. Black Forest ham (thinly sliced)
- 4 oz. Gruyere cheese (grated)
- 1 cup homemade chicken stock (see page 5)
- low sodium chicken broth (Or packaged)
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme (plus 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves)
