This was a quick and easy dish to bring to a potluck. It’s very good but I think it was missing just a little something.

I didn’t have time to roast the corn, just cooked fresh corn the old fashioned way. It was absolutely delicious.

loved this recipe! i did leave out the chives, still came out fantastic. definitely taste before as you may want add extra here or there. will make this every corn season!

Yummy! Used sour cream and Mayo. Also added Kinders Taco seasoning for an extra kick
