This was pleasantly yummy. Different than what my husband and I normally make. Easy, clean.
I didn’t add an egg and the meatballs stuck together perfectly, and I don’t think I’ll add the coconut flour next time either.
Make sure you add the full 2 cups of mushrooms it’ll be wonderfully hearty (I only had a cup left in my fridge). 😊
