we loved this! i accidentally put everything but the tomato sauce right in, and it turned out great. i ended up just leaving the tomato sauce out and covering it in about a cup of ketchup before cooking, sooooo good. the whole thing!

Excellent. It's my favorite meatloaf. Use chop meat instead of elk. Don't live I Alaska. No elk meat in Florida.
