- 2 cups milk (it depends on how you want your eggs.)
- 2 eggs
- 1 handful cheese (the size of the handful can vary depending on how much you like cheese.)

Directions
- Beat eggs in a medium-sized microwavable cup and mix with milk.
- Microwave 30 to 45 second intervals until the egg is fully cooked. Stir after each interval. Make sure that the bottom is as fully cooked as the top.
- Stir in cheese and serve. That was easy!
