It was nice but next time I try to do this dish I will use some olive oil to Cooke the mushroom through better

Had with chips as main meal and was great alternative to meat and very filling.

Delicious! I added some fresh chopped garlic with less than a quarter teaspoon of butter and instead of black pepper I used cayenne pepper.
