- 2 Tbsp. capers (salted, rinsed and drained)
- olives (Handful green and red, pits removed)
- toasted pine nuts (Handful of lightly)
- 1 handful flat-leaf parsley
- celery leaves (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (herb, add parsley, oregano, thyme, or herbs of choice to the vinegar)
