Super yummy but CRAZY rich. You definitely need something as a side to cut the richness! It also takes forever to make and you need to be a great multitasker. But the sauce you make (I roasted my own garlic and red peppers) is absolutely to die for — I would make that just as a pasta sauce or a tomato soup! Definitely recommend :)
