- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 8 oz. tomato sauce (I use Hunts which only has 3 grams of carbs)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese ( real Parmesan bought in the deli department is way better than the dry kind.)
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
