- 1/4 cup eggnog (or more of full fat, I like Trader Joe's)
- 2 oz. white chocolate (heaping 1/4 cup premium, chopped, see note)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter (browned in pan for a minute or so over medium heat)
- 2 tsp. eggnog (full fat)
- freshly grated nutmeg
