Not so good I followed the recipe exactly but I wasn’t happy with them my husband and grandson had no complaints but it wasn’t that I was looking for

It turned out great! Crispy and nice. I didn’t put sugar and it was good. We just put some honey on top afterwards.

Pretty basic. I subbed almond milk for the water. These were my first ones I made with my new waffle iron. I’ll definitely be trying some other recipes to find my go to mix, but there wasn’t anything bad about these (just nothing special either).

Fantastic! The only thing I did differently was not use the specific brand of whole wheat flour that's used (and only 1 tbsp of oil). Just plain ol' whole wheat flour and unbleached all purpose. Nice and fluffy on the inside. I just need to work on figuring out the perfect temperature and time for my waffle maker.

can sub almond milk etc. for water, put in fruit chop, nuts, sub almond flour for w/w flour... try again!!!
