AMAZING. I made these cookies for my daughters teacher and friends and they LOVED it. But I do suggest that you put a little less baking powder.

It turned out amazing one of the best recipes yet that I’ve found.
Would suggest though if you want it soft add 2-3tsp of corn starch, 2-3tsp of baking powder and add 2-3tsp of milk with the water, and veggie oil and if you don’t have vanilla extract add a lil drop of maple syrup to give it that extra kick. And finally add more 1/2 cup more of flour with a lil bit more brown sugar when mixing before adding all the other ingredients

Dough was a little crumbly but they came out great! Excellent "it's 10pm and I want something sweet but don't have any eggs" recipe
