- 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
- 28 oz. frozen potatoes (O'Brien 1 bag, with onions and peppers in it)
- 1/4 green pepper (diced)
- 1/4 red pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup broccoli (finely chopped)
- 8 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1/2 cup skim milk (or almond milk works great in this recipe)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salsa
- hot sauce
- buffalo sauce
- pico de gallo
- salsa verde
- ketchup
- A1 steak sauce (my husband loves this on his sausage and eggs…)
- maple syrup (also a husband favorite. If it’s a breakfast food, it has syrup on it.)
