- 1 red bell pepper (large, cut into very thin strips, ~1 heaping cup)
- 3 cups green cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 3/4 cup matchstick carrots
- 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar (EACH:, rice vinegar)
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Sriracha (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper (or black works)

Doubled up on ingredients to have leftovers for tomorrow. Easy to make and tasted great

very tasty. i also used coleslaw mix to cut down prep time and doubled the sauce.

It was quite tasty. I opted for a coleslaw mix with carrots and that made it easy. I doubled the sauce and added extra soy sauce, srichaca and hoisin sauce.

Very good, the sauce is excellent. The sky is the limit with this recipe. I added radishes and broccoli and a little Maggie’s seasoning only because I had way too many vegetables
