Delish and so easy! A great weeknight recipe. Only used 1# ground pork and did not quite have the full bag of cabbage (used 1 bag of Trader Joes Coleslaw cabbage mix with carrots) next time I’ll make sure to add the full amount as I thought it could use some more veggies. I added 1 small can of sliced water chestnuts and topped with crunchy chow mein noodles. Served over rice and a side of cantaloupe. Would like to try next time with an alternate meat to reduce fat content.

Delicious!! Added ground turkey instead of pork and a can of diced water chestnuts, otherwise followed the recipe exactly and it was perfect!

This turned out pretty good—I used tofu instead of pork, think it would’ve been more flavorful w the pork but definitely still good w tofu

Yum! I used 2 lbs of turkey sausage and omitted the hoisin. I also add a hint of rice vinegar.

Followed recipe closely. Had some Napa cabbage and instead of hoisin we just used some black bean paste (and ingredient in hoisin) and it tasted very good.

This has become a family favorite. I’ve added fresh mushrooms / bean sprouts to this and it’s awesome. I think baby corn would be good in this too.

I have made this several times...it is my go to for a quick dinner. There are only 2 of us so we enjoy the leftovers for lunch the next day. It also stores well in the freezer.

There are 3 of us and we ate most of. I had a red pepper and some asparagus left over and threw it in. It would have been great w/o the extra veggies. I wish there was a way to star this recipe so I can find it again

Very tasty. I didn't have ground pork, so I used sausage. For onions I used the whites from the green onion and reduced the cooking time for the onion step to one minute. Used fresh grated ginger, shredded red cabbage, and juliened carrots. And only 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes, using sausage with seasonings vs ground pork kicked up the savory.
