Added white pepper and chili garlic sauce to meat as it was browning! Great recipe - you can add anything!

This was my first attempt at making egg rolls... I need to work on my wrapping technique, but thought they tasted perfectly! Will definately make again!

they are better than what I've ordered in restaurants. Longest was the prep but were well worth all the time it took.
