- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (50/50 mixture of, and full fat egg nog)
- 1/3 cup brandy (see Notes)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 3 Tbsp. egg nog
- 72 grams powdered sugar (See notes regarding stabilizer)
- nutmeg (for sprinkling)
