Turned out deliciously! Watch how much salt you add if you use teriyaki, soy, or other sauces. I also added pepper.

Great recipe! Not quite eggy enough for my personal taste so I added an extra egg (and cooked an additional over easy egg to put on top). Could also use a bit more seasoning, but the green onions were a great touch. Will definitely be making again with my own alterations.

great rice though a little simple. I added some soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste and wholegrain mustard to spice it up a little.
