My son has eczema and he is allergic to everything! But he can eat these pancakes… no eggs and no dairy

We do not have any allergies, but my daughter wanted pancakes and I was missing some key ingredients. This recipe was very easy and delicious to make!

It was great! A family memeber has allergies to eggs and dairy and we dont so if we eat waffels or pancakes he or she can to without feeling left out!

You'd never know that they were egg free and dairy free. And if you used a gluten free flour, they would cover everything.

Mine was runny batter and tasteless.Did i do wrong?
And end up add more flour and oil make it very thin crust pancake.

I had to add a little bit more water but overall, they were fluffy and light.

I loved these pancakes so fluffy and yummy. I'm a student so I made half a batch, and it made 5. Some for today and some for the fridge for tomorrow's breakfast.

Made these for my twin toddlers who have a milk intolerance and they ate up a full serving! Had extra batter so I froze the remaining pancakes... They don't taste like "real" pancakes but they weren't bad. If my girls approve so does mommy : )

I pre mix the dry ingredients the night before, & in the morning I add the wet ingredients and my children & I enjoy allergy free pancakes or waffles with each other!
These are awesome!

Very yummy! I added some chocolate sprinkles the first time I made them and the second time I added a cocoa powder which both added a little something that it needed. I tried using just rice flour the first time, because that is what I usually use for baking, but it wouldn't really stick together so I doubled it and use a whole wheat flour that I had and that worked better. The second time I just went for the whole wheat flour but I actually like the mixture of the rice flour and whole wheat flour together. It made it a little lighter and not so heavy. Really good just needs some of your own tweets to "jazz" it up.
