    I put too much soy sauce. I'll try to do it better in the future.

    Worked out perfectly. I would suggest you to use less of egg because I had plenty extra, although that could just be because I had a small serving of tofu.

    My husband and I enjoyed
    could improve on taste, I also added breadcrumbs and panko to make it fuller, and i didn't dip in soysauce afterwards, i just mixed it with mashed potatoes or siracha even. :) thanks for the idea though

    Overall a good idea for egg and the tofu but the flavor was not there. Also the constituency was not very pleasing.
