  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup oat bran
  • 1 baking powder (Table spoon)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon all-spice
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • vanilla protein powder (Optional 1. Table spoon)
  • 1 cup low fat yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup low fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 teaspoons essence (caramel)
  • 2 eggs (preferably free range)
  • 1 granny smith apple (medium, peal & roughly grated)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

    1. Mix dry ingredients well
    2. Mix wet ingredients well
    3. Combine together well..
    4. 1/2 fill 12 well sprayed (canola oil) muffin tins
    5. Put 1 0r 2 raw hazel on top sprinkle with about a teaspoon oat flakes on to each muffin spray lightly with canola & pop into onen
