- 1 1/2 lb. new potatoes (unpeeled, halved)
- 4 medium tomatoes (1 1/4 pounds—halved, seeded and chopped)
- 1 lb. littleneck clams (or Manila, scrubbed)
- 2 lb. skinless cod fillets (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 lb. mussels (scrubbed and debearded)
- chopped cilantro (optional)
- parsley (optional)
