- 150 grams bean sprouts (washed and drained)
- 4 shallots (peeled and sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled and coarsely chopped)
- 2 cups water (you may adjust according to your type/brand of Rice Vermicelli)
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (dark caramel, or adjust accordingly)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 200 grams cabbage (I use Cameron cabbage, tear into small pieces)
- 30 grams carrot (sliced thinly)
- 2 garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp. light soy sauce
- salt (to taste)
- 1 can luncheon meat (sliced)
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
