- 50 grams currants (raisins will work)
- 100 grams dried cherries (or dried cranberries if you can't find the cherries)
- 70 grams milk chocolate chips (or dark, milk will make them sweeter)
- 1 egg white (beaten)
- 2 Tbsp. caster sugar
