- baby back ribs
- barbecue sauce (your choice)
- rib rub (your choice)

Directions
- Rub a whole slab of ribs or two or three with a rub of your choice.
- Use a BBQ sauce of your choice. I use a bottled sauce and add some vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup or chili sauce to make as much as I need.
- Place the ribs in a whole slab on a large piece of heavy duty tin foil.
