- 5 cups cooked rice (leftover, cold, I use brown basmati)

- 1/2 cup peas (frozen baby, thawed)

Exactly as promised! Quick and delicious. Added some curry paste for a little kick. Also threw in some bacon bits left over from another meal.

I love making this rice. I add my soy sauce to the rice and this time I added turkey bologna, and some crushed red peppers to spice it up.

Was so easy! Used calrose rice and added some soy sauce and some hoisin sauce towards the end of cooking. Will def make again
