oh my god. I made these and they are too die for. I wont lie and say i adhered strictly to the recipe. But the basis for amazing was there. All i did was added two tablespoons of tinned coconut milk, and four dashes of rice milk, just to get more of a batter consistency. the banana flavour and them hot. Literally the best lactose free meal I have came across so far.

They definitely don't turn out like the ones in the picture.... They also kind of taste 'raw' on the inside, no matter how thin I spread the batter it's just chewy and a little like a banana omelet with oats kind of texture. I would 100% say just add some flour. If you aren't gluten intolerant you probably won't die if you eat flour just this once if you're craving pancakes

Absolutely amazing! Even better than how I imagined!! They can burn easily and not cook properly in the middle so make sure you cook on very low heat until they are cooked through

Complete fail. Had to add flour and whizz up more oats to get enough bind for it to work! Don't waste your time.

Turned out great. Light, fluffy and tasty. Topped it off with Greek yoghurt, strawberries & white choc chips.

Pretty good! Added a bit of cinnamon for added flavour. Turned out really well
