Description
This recipe is easy and fancy enough to be the perfect dinner party option, or is great for home if like nice food, sever with an herb salad, and white bean puree and it's fit for a five star restaurant.
Ingredients

- 3 lamb chops
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic (crushed or minced)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions
- Grease a baking tray, place the lamb chops on the tray. Salt and pepper them also put your garlic over them.
- Place them in your oven on broil for 5 minutes flip them and broil for a another 3 to 5 minutes. When there done take them out to cool a little.
- To make the glaze bring butter,balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper to a boil, in a medium sized saucepan.
- To finish spoon balsamic glaze over them let it sit for about 2 minutes and service
- All done, tell us how it came out.
