- 1/8 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 banana (medium)
- 1 cup soymilk (or almondmilk, plain flavor - do not use a fat free variety)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil (melted)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar (or light brown, organic)
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar (or light brown, organic)
- 2 Tbsp. vegan butter (softened)
- canela (enough to blanket the surface of the rolled out cinnamon rolls - about 1 1/2 tsp)
- frosting (:, double frosting recipe for extra frosting)
- 1/3 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar (organic)
- 3 Tbsp. soy milk
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. coconut oil (bits over top rolls before baking)
