Simple recipe to get started baking bread. I let it rise for about an hour and transfer to a 3qt dutch oven with a thin coating of olive oil. I bake covered for 20 minutes, take lid off and egg wash made of one yolk and an eyeball tsp of honey.

such a great recipr for quick bread! i usually let it rise for an hr and then another 30 mins once i transfer into a loaf pan. it always comes our wonderfully. i use this recipe to make rolls, pizza dough and pretzels!
