I am not a baker, and this was my first stab at baking my own bread. I was amazed at how doable it was, and how great it turned out! This recipe is a keeper.

I’m sure this bead is better for you than any store bought,but by no means is it whole grain. All purpose flour and wholeWheat are not whole grain flours.

I made this for the first time about a month ago. It was also my first time making bread in general! My kids and my picky husband have now made the switch from gross processed junk store bought bread to this. I now make this as our sole bread supply. About two batches a week. Toast it and throw some peanut butter on and it will be your new guilt free obsession!
