This is very good. Made the sauce and added peas, broccoli, chicken, and ramen noodles. Everyone liked it even my picky grandson

I sauteed scallops and shrimp in the butter and garlic, removed them and then added the flour, wine and heavy cream to thicken. This recipe was great with seafood

I put it on linguine and pan seared sea scallops. It was outstanding!!
Outrageously good.
