- 14 oz. white beans (navy beans or cannelini, drained)
- 14 oz. pinto beans (drained)
- 2 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (about 12 ounces)
- 3 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened, low fat cream cheese is fine)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn (or canned corn is fine)
