I added an extra can of beans, chilis and a little extra seasoning to spice it up a bit. We absolutely loved it!

Delicious! I used about 1 t of Oregano, 1 diced bell pepper and squeezed the whole lime right into the chili while cooking. I also used chicken thighs and then just shredded them. At the end I mixed a couple Tablespoons of flour with 1-1 1/2 cups of milk and added that and let it cook for another 30 minutes. Can easily be transformed into a crock pot recipe, also. Use cilantro as a garnish, not cooked in.
