Help! I’ve made this 3 times - it always rises in the bowl, but when it’s in the loaf pan, it barely rises. What am I doing wrong? Tastes good, but not airy enough!

Awesome and easy recipe to follow. Hubby said best bread I’ve ever made. I loved it with the olive oil.

We couldn’t wait til it cooled to cut into the first loaf, so it was still a bit crumbly but delicious. I baked in glass pans, so I turned the temp down to 350 and baked for the same length of time.
