- 280 grams taro (1 small, diced into 1-inch cubes)
- 1/2 broccoli (cut into florets)
- 1/2 eggplant (peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes)
- 13.5 oz. full fat coconut milk (1 can)
- 2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt (and 1/8 tsp , or more to taste)
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander (each:, chili)
- 1/4 tsp. anise (each:, cinnamon, cloves)
- lime juice (optional)
- fresh mint (optional)
- cilantro (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. chilies (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. clove
