This recipe turned out great—the second time. The authors of this recipe say to use “silken firm” tofu which they claim exists in most grocery stores. I can only find silken, firm, or extra firm at every store I’ve been to including specialty international markets—if silken firm is out there, it’s hiding well lol. The first time I made this I used silken tofu and it was sloppy and runny. The second time I used firm tofu and it turned out as expected
TLDR: Use firm tofu for this recipe!!!

delicious. the tofu i bought must have been more watery because the filling was abit runny. i might try more PB next time.
