- 1/4 cup cacao powder (sub cocoa powder)
- 1/4 cup liquid sweetener (choice, I love maple syrup, date syrup or agave)
- 1 pinch sea salt (and cinnamon)
- mushroom powder (optional)
- maca powder (optional)
- dandelion (optional)
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. flaked coconut
- 1 scoop hemp protein powder (unflavored, optional, can sub any other protein powder)
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. nuts (optional)
- cashews (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate (recipe from above, slightly or entirely cooled)
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (fresh/, sliced banana, flaked coconut, nut butter, etc.)
