- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 tsp. canela (one teaspoon when putting the peaches together and one teaspoon for the oat/nut topping)
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1 cup chopped nuts (I like to use a combo of walnuts and almonds)
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 pinch salt
