- 3 scallions (sliced into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 cup thai basil leaves (roughly chopped, or regular basil will work in a pinch, but it doesn't have the same flavor)

A little on the hot side of medium... next time I’ll use less sriracha sauce! -but really good flavor. I didn’t have onion but it didn’t need it. I used water chestnuts for crunch.
