- 7 oz. artichoke hearts
- 7 oz. heart of palm
- 1 celery stalks (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (roughly chopped, optional)
- 1/4 cup green onion (diced)
- 1/2 sheet nori (or 1 tablespoon dulse flakes, optional but recommended)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (+ more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup breading
