These cookies turned out great! I added an extra tablespoon of flour and a teaspoon of vanilla and they were perfect! So quick and easy to make. I like this recipe.

This is a very basic recipe so there's nothing crazy special about it but they came out pretty well. Not the most amazing cookies in the world but still good ☺️

Didn't rise, spread out like a pancake.
I would add a better egg replacer than cornstarch and perhaps vanilla essence, then chill the batter before baking.
