Didnt use Tamari sauce or nutritional yeast and came out tasty. Make sure you do have the dry ingredients measured out so can put in together to toast (smells so good!) Didnt know how long to wait for thickening because as was whiskening, seemed same but patience.

This was a tasty gravy used it in a vegan shepherds pie. I used teriyaki sauce instead of tamari
