This was my first time making a bean burger so I wanted to start from an easy one and this was certainly super easy. It also was super delicious even though I didn’t have Worcestershire sauce. I used Italian breadcrumbs instead of Panko because that’s what I had. It held together okay but the only problem I had was that it was too dry. Maybe it’s because I baked them instead of pan frying them. Next time I may fry them and see if they’re more moist.

This one was definitely not a family favorite. They all said they didn't taste like burgers, more like black bean patties. They have asked me to please not make them again. I'm very disappointed, because I really do miss burgers. 😔 And yes, i made them exactly like the recipe said, even made the exact amount it called to make. I'm sorry! I really wanted this to be a keeper.
