Description
This is my son and grandsons absolute favorite. It's quick to make with only 1 gram of fat, choked full of protein and healthy carbs. I serve it with my homemade cornbread. Don't expect it to sit around in the refrigerator because looks can be deceiving.

Directions
- In a large stock pot saute onion, celery, bell pepper, and minced garlic, in a 1/3 cup of water.
- Once the water has evaporated add the hamburger to the pot and continue cooking until it is completely browned. The water in the hamburger will finish sauté the vegetables naturally.
- Add the remaining ingredients stir, and cook on simmer for 30 minutes. Add chili powder, salt and pepper to taste, stir well, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- This meal is awesome because it is high in good proteins and carbs, with virtually no fat. Servings 8, I serve it with my homemade cornbread.
